Ghanaian actress, Martha Ankomah, has commented on her lawsuit against actor Kwadwo Nkansah also known as Lilwin.
Ankomah sued Lilwin on February 14, 2024, after the latter made derogatory remarks about her in a video shared online.
The Ghanaian actress indicated in a new video that the case is still pending in court.
Martha Ankomah said she believes in the rule of law so it was in order for to seek redress from the court.
She stated that since the law works in Ghana, you cannot insult someone and go scot-free.
Martha averred she was not taking what Lilwin said about her as a joke.
Answering a question about whether she will forgive Lilwin if he apologizes, the famous Ghanaian actress stressed that she would wait for the court’s verdict.
Martha Ankomah further stated that it takes years to build a reputation and brand so someone cannot joke about it.
She added that role models like them should set good examples for others to emulate.
