Ghanaian actor, Kwadwo Nkansah, well-known as Lilwin, has postponed the premiere of his ‘A Country Called Ghana’ movie in Sunyani.
The premiere of ‘A Country Called Ghana’ in Sunyani was slated for Saturday, June 1, 2024.
But following the death of a 3-year-old boy, Tawiah Ampoma Richard, in Lilwin’s car accident which happened on Saturday, May 25, 2024, it has been postponed.
This was announced in a press release issued by the PRO of Wezzy Empire, Okyeame Akwadaa Nyame.
According to the statement, the decision was made in memory of the deceased young boy.
They expressed their sincere condolences to the bereaved family and wished the father of the deceased, who is receiving treatment, Mr Jacob Kofi Amponsah, a speedy recovery.
The management of Lilwin assured fans that tickets bought already will remain valid.
They indicated that a new date will be announced in due time.
