Ghanaian actress and television host, Nana Ama McBrown, has a message for those criticising her age.
Some Ghanaian social media users have been doubting the age of the famous actress. They think her real age has been hidden.
Discussions about her age resurfaced after actress Pascaline Edwards recently disclosed that she is 53 years old. This gave room for critics to question Nana Ama’s age again.
They assumed McBrown and Pascaline Edwards were of the same age because of how long they had been acting.
Responding to this on Onua Showtime, the famous Ghanaian actress said what others think about her age does not affect her bank balance.
“Pascaline was already making waves with her films like ‘A Stab in the Back’ when I hadn’t made my screen debut. If you want to think of me as an 85-year-old, that’s fine by me.
“Ultimately, these opinions don’t affect me. They don’t diminish my bank balance in the slightest,” Nana Ama McBrown stated.
However, McBrown celebrated her 46th birthday on August 15, 2023.
