Ghanaian actor, Kwadwo Nkansah, well-known as Lilwin, has revealed why his movie with Daddy Lumba was never released.

He disclosed having starred the veteran Ghanaian musician in a movie during an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM.

Lilwin indicated that the movie was shot about eight years ago.

Despite it being a nice movie, the famous Kumawood actor said it was not released.

According to him, it was not released due to Daddy Lumba’s instruction.

Lilwin averred Lumba told him the movie needed to be shot again after a preview copy was sent to him.

He asserted that Daddy Lumba said he did not look handsome in the movie—hence the need to shoot it again.

Titled ‘Mekuu Me Ho Maa Nipa’, Lilwin disclosed Great Ampong, a popular Ghanaian Gospel musician, was also featured in the movie.

He explained that Daddy Lumba and Great Ampong first met because of the movie.

Stressing his love for Daddy Lumba, Lilwin further opened up about how supportive the veteran musician was during the production.

Below is a video of his statement.
