Famous Ghanaian musician, Stonebwoy, known in private life as Livingstone Etse Satekla, has dragged Sadiq Abdulai Abu to court.
He is seeking redress from the court after Sadiq (Baba Sadiq), a Ghanaian politician and entertainment executive made some social media posts against him.
The Bhim Nation leader has filed a lawsuit against, citing defamation.
Stonebwoy wants the court to order Baba Sadiq to delete the posts and render an unqualified apology to him in a writ filed in the High Court of Justice on May 31, 2024.
He is also demanding GHS 3 million in damages over the harm that the posts have caused him.
The Ghanaian music star said the posts have harmed his reputation.
Stonebwoy took this decision with the aim of protecting his image.
