Ghanaian rapper, Maradona Yeboah Adjei, well-known as Guru, has advised the Ghanaian youth.
He advised the Ghanaian youth not to joke with their education.
Guru, known for hit songs like Mmaakuo, Lapaz Toyota, Bonsam Ani, Poole, Boys Abre, Nkwadaa, and others, offered this piece of advice when performing at the TGMA Xperience Concert in Cape Coast on Saturday, May 11, 2024.
Talking about the importance of education, he mentioned that it is the key to success and numerous opportunities.
He counselled the youth not to let any activity distract them from pursuing their education.
“Don’t joke with your education. Be serious about it because it is very important. Education is the cornerstone of progress and the gateway to realizing one’s dreams. Knowledge is power, and we must seize the opportunities that learning affords and never underestimate the transformative impact of education,” Guru stated.
He added that it’s not too late for them to start learning.
