Ghanaian comedian, Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, well-known as Funny Face has been granted bail.
He was remanded for two weeks after his accident at Kasoa Kakraba Junction on Sunday, March 24, 2024.
Funny Face reportedly knocked down some pedestrians with his car.
After reappearing before the Kasoa District Court, the comedian was finally granted GHS 120,000 bail with two sureties on Tuesday, April 9, 2024.
As investigations are still ongoing, Funny Face is expected to reappear in court in four weeks.
The victims of the accident are receiving treatment at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital and Mother and Child Hospital in Kasoa respectively.
